Signa Medicals Limited was established in Nigeria with a vision to build a modern healthcare organisation capable of delivering high-quality diagnostic and medical services using advanced technology and contemporary healthcare practices.
The organisation commenced operations in Owerri, Imo State, with its facility located at KM 15, Adjacent white house Junction, along Port Harcourt Road, Obinze. Signa Medicals Limited as a Nigerian private company incorporated in January 2022, with multi-medical diagnostics and consultancy as its primary business activity.
From inception, Signa was conceived as more than a conventional medical facility.
The founding vision was to create a comprehensive, multi-modality healthcare centre where patients could access multiple diagnostic and healthcare services within an integrated environment. Signa is a one-stop outpatient healthcare facility focused on advanced diagnostic testing, affordability and accessibility.
